Teed & Brown Lawn Service Starts Apprenticeship Program

At a time when the public’s attention has been captured by the likes of Donald Trump’s “Apprentice” program, Teed & Brown is initiating its own foray in apprenticeship - through its successful recruitment of two recent UCONN graduates with Agronomy (Turfgrass Science) degrees. The degrees conferred on the graduates distinguish them from others who might enter the lawn care business, because they have specialized, formal training that they can apply to identifying a variety of problems that might otherwise be overlooked.
For the next three years, Lindsay D’Anna and Justin Barry (shown in the attached picture) will spend time learning the specifics of running a high-end lawn care business. At the end of the three years, both men will have earned the right to open a Teed & Brown franchise of their own.
